There is substance behind the condition, too. Documented rod bearing replacement, rear axle carrier reinforcement and VANOS seal replacement form part of a substantial maintenance file, supported by invoices and workshop photographs.
In October 2019, at 113,629 km, Btuned completed significant preventative maintenance, including:
- Rod bearing replacement with ARP rod bolts.
- Rear axle carrier panel reinforcement using a Redish Motorsport kit.
- Rear axle, differential and trailing-arm bush replacement.
- Valve clearance adjustment.
- Rocker cover, oil filter housing and sump gasket replacement.
